The Fulton County District Attorney's Office Records Restriction and Conference Room, situated in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, USA, underwent a transformative remodeling design with a focus on adaptive reuse and renovation. The primary objective was to enhance the existing lobby, creating a more functional and inviting modern space for guests. Additionally, the existing conference room received upgrades to further elevate its functionality and aesthetics.

The Henry County Fire Station #17 design encompasses sustainability, adaptable spaces, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement. We propose solutions like renewable energy sources and rainwater harvesting. Adaptable spaces, achieved through movable partitions and multi-purpose rooms, accommodate varied functions. Advanced technologies, such as smart systems and fire detection, enhance efficiency. Spaces that encourage community interaction are vital.

A thoughtful modern design creates a welcoming atmosphere at the fire station, promoting productivity, collaboration, and professionalism while encouraging community interaction among staff.

The renovated spaces reflect the commitment to delivering effective and high-quality services to the community while making the best use of available resources in Atlanta, Georgia.

The vacant building, to be renovated to house the City Hall, the Court House, and all City government services 

ARCHITECTURAL RESPONSE

The Lithonia Municipal Complex, located in Lithonia, Georgia, USA, is a remarkable example of adaptive reuse and renovation. The city purchased an existing old bank with the vision of transforming it into a multifunctional space housing both the city hall and the courthouse. By repurposing the old bank and incorporating these innovative design elements, the Lithonia Municipal Complex embodies a modern and inclusive approach to public administration and civic engagement.

Modern facilities, flexible enough to house the Court House, as well as an Event Hall will help generate extra revenues to the city.

Interior Renovation of the Lobby/Entrance and Offices. 

ARCHITECTURAL RESPONSE

The lobby has been thoughtfully designed to create a more welcoming environment for clients to conduct their business. Special attention has been given to the ceiling, and the offices have been opened up to create a shared workspace with cubicles.
